(SOUTH AFRICA) Thank you for your insight in this topic. As a Christian lady who is just about to get married this has brought a light on me that I am sure will help me in my marriage. We tend to get to marriage with a lot of expectations, and most of them only known to ourselves. Refusing to surrender our marriages to Christ also leads to many sins and disappointments. This is when we would just assume that our ways of doing things are the correct ones and hence are quick to judge and criticize our husbands/wives. This is where we have missed the point altogether, because God's way and not our way is the one which is perfect, and we should follow.
