(UNITED STATES) This article brought tears to my eyes. I converted (or was converted in my thinking) to the Lord last year. It has torn my wife and I in two. She is a devout Catholic who is not a believer if that makes sense. I have felt so angry that she will not submit to my will etc. but because she is not a believer she thinks the Bible is just a bunch of suggestions!

She too is very angry at my righteousness. I have changed in so many positive ways but the Lord still has a lot of work to do on me. I must love my wife as scripture states even if she doesn't respect me the way I want to be respected. I am a Sabbath keeper also and this really irks my wife. I have to rely on the Lord for strength and I have several believer friends that help me through.

This is REALLY hard, but the Lord said we must take up our cross and follow Him. The world hates true believers because we have been chosen by the Lord. We must all abide in the Lord NOW, not just when He returns in glory. All things are possible with God.

He is the Creator. He understands everything. I need to let Him in daily to transform me. I need to die daily to my flesh. Who likes to die? But in Christ we can die daily for He has overcome death. He brings new life. No-one else can do this. Praise the Lord!
